SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND POLICY

Shipping method- USPS Priority All ready to ship items will be shipped within 5-7 business days from order! Due to the amount of high order volume and crazy weather conditions, Please allow 4-6 weeks not including weekends (even though I do work on weekends most of the time) for your order to be made! *** THIS MAY CHANGE! The FDA requires 72 hours for tumblers to cure after completion! Each item is handmade and made to order. ALL SALES FINAL! NO RETURN-NO EXCHANGE! By ordering you agree to these processing and turnaround times.

Once an order is placed, I CANNOT change your shipping address! Please double check this to ensure it is correct! I also cannot make any changes to your order or personalization, please double check everything before checking out! Once order is placed, the order cannot be cancelled. I am not responsible for any shipping delays once the tumbler leaves my possession! All tumblers will come insured and it is your responsibility to contact USPS if there is an issue. Tracking will be sent once your tumbler ships! If there are any issues upon receiving your item, a message must be sent with photos of item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Anything past this timeframe will not be replaced.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges offered. Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. If an issue arrises with your tumbler due to maker error, please reach out to admin@snappysoutherntumblers.com with pictures as well so we may work on a solution.
